Return Policy

How do I return an item?

1)      Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE, WRONG or MISSING merchandise, you must contact us via email within the next 3 days upon delivery date; otherwise EmartKart will not be responsible for defective, wrong or missing merchandise.

2)      Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it must be returned with the original tags.

3)      Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

4)      Returning merchandise that has been already exchanged one time is subject to Rs. 200 as restocking fee the second time it’s returned.

5)      Your order must be returned within 10 days of being received accompanied by this return form.

6)      Returns and Refunds are only accepted for items purchased via our online store, Items on “Best Deal” are final sale and cannot be returned.

7)      If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to the above return shipping costs.

8)      EmartKart reserves the right to issue refunds.

9. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

10)    Please print the return form attached at the bottom of this page to send with your return.
